During the late 1800s’ my great grand mother
built a successful spirits manufacturing
business in the South....later my grandmother
developed an interest and continued her mother’s dream.
Her ambition led her north to Chicago.....and just as things
began to take off....her dream was deferred due to my mother’s
untimely death, leaving her the responsibility of raising nine
children.
All the great stories I heard as a child while helping
out in the kitchen led me to my path.
